I've only messed around with it a little so far, but I don't mind the processing box, just that it gives game tips in it. I rather like the news and scores part of it though.

I'd like to see an option for a manager to accept bungs. It might make things more realistic, plus I just like saying the word "bungs".

The localization was utterly ******ed. If the only one I can get here is Americanized, I won't be buying it. If the Elicense version actually speaks proper English, then despite barely playing FM2006, I'll buy it. |

I like the demo so far. I took over a team in England, in the Conference National level like 3 months into the season. The team I took over is Aldershot Town I do believe. We're currently sitting like 15th out of 24 in the conference.

I don't like ordering the physical disk. I've had stuff from England never make it to me, and you're left with no comeback. Plus buying online licensed stuff is instant. (Admittedly I miss the expectation ) We'll wait and see I guess. |

My computer decided to go kookoocaca on me and I lost almost everything, including my music and my Manchester United saved game, so I guess FM 2007 is in the plans.
With that said, I would like to know if the copy that can be purchased via eLicense will be Football Manager 2007 or WorldWide Soccer Manager 2007. I hope it's the former, I don't want to play the game and see "Head Coach" and "Feld" instead of "Manager" and "Pitch".

Can you explain WHY the changes are made? I mean I can understand changing organise to organize. That doesn't bother me. But WHY change manager to head coach? I'm quite certain anyone likely to buy the game would be quite happy with the word manager. As I said, NFL games don't change head coach to manager. I had a Spectrum game called "Head Coach" for crying out loud!
I mean the change to "soccer" and all that, yeah, but that one change makes absolutely no sense, and I'm curious to find out why, and if it's an SI decision or higher up's that decided. At least Digital River are gone. God they were attrocious... Bababui: The UK language pack was NOT included with the game. I had to download it seperately. Then when I had a major system meltdown and had to reinstall, I couldn't find the language pack ANYWHERE online. Fortunately, after two hours of searching, I remembered I'd burnt it to disk. I'm just gonna import... Easier. Can easily have multiple an install on my 3 different systems if I want. No faffing around with licenses, plus a nice physical disk and manual. Is the digital version going to be released the same time as the cd version? If I remember correctly, 2006's digital download was released like 2-3 weeks after the cd came out. My demo is nearing it's end, so I may go ahead and order it now for shipping if I have to wait. The demo looks fantastic btw. |

I don't have the game yet but I'm more than a little disappointed after reading this thread (server may be very busy at times).
