Please help with Las Vegas Gamblers logo

Hi all,
I'm looking for a logo for the "Las Vegas Gamblers". Team colors are Red and Black(Chicago Bulls-like). I see some of the amazing stuff you guys have done. If you could attempt this one I'd really appreciate it.

I was scared to death that there would be a caricature of Pete Rose used in the logo.

Someone had a cool idea for a mascot. Craps. Maybe a couple dice with legs? Any chance of something like that?
Also I need a clean logo for the caps so I can place them on the players. Maybe a LV? ANy thoughts? Maybe Black cap with red LV?
I'm pretty open to what you guys can come up with. Have some fun with it. Thanks so much!
