ISBL 2.0 Has Openings!

Per usual, GM's have opted not to participate once the league opened. So here's another chance to join! We use CubbyFan's V3 Roster set. We have a luxury tax, and most, if not all, league functions happen on our message board/forum. Here are the teams that are open.

New York Yankees

Minnesota Twins
Florida Marlins
Philadelphia Phillies
Washington Nationals
San Diego Padres
San Francisco Giants
