Can't Import Lahman DB

I'm hoping that a seasoned OOTB veteran has the willingness and patience to help a rook (in the truest sense) get his rosters set up. I want to use real players and teams, so I followed the posted directions to download the Lahman DB. I've attempted to unzip the file, but I don't think I'm doing something correctly. I extracted all the files into a new folder, but when I try to import them from the OOTB game screen I can't locate/ load them. Obviously I'm not very computer versatile.....the kind of guy that justs drives the car...can't fix it. I would greatly appreciate any and all help.

Alright...that is very specific and helpful...however, I'm embarassed to admit that I can't figure out how to "unzip" the file...I tried extracting to my Lahman 53 file, but I was foiled yet again.

Try reading the help file which came with your archive software.
