Mlb Qs?

Is there a quickstart that just has an MLB type setup with all the correct leagues and names?

I don't want rosters, just an MLB type setup with all correct names of teams. I just bought the game so I'm not even sure that can be done. I'm just trying to save myself a few hours naming all the teams.
