Double-switch error
Whenever I do a defensive double-switch, the first player I insert gets credited with an appearance at the position occupied by the previous player, for instance my sub at second base getting credit for a game appearance as a pitcher in both the pitching stats and fielding stats, despite never leaving the line-up screen, and obviously a pitch never being thrown before I switch the position indicator to be correct.
If I do the reverse and insert the new pitcher first, he gets credit for a defensive appearance at the subee's position.

I think that little bug slipped in at the last second. It is a just a visual thing in the box score and does not really effect the stats or the game, so it is not too bad.
A bug was discovered at the last second with the switching of players, and it was fixed, this is an unfortunate side effect.

Before you double switch, take the position player and pitch and make them blank, then process to switch your players. It works.... trust me.
