Lookin for New League

Yada yada yada. Ok I am looking for a new league that is fewer than 2-3 seasons old, that used current rosters from the start of the 2002 season. I dont care about a salary cap, and I would like to be able to trade draft picks but it isnt mandatory.

I am not gonna bore you with how good of an owner I am, because you dont need to read a novel

Anyway anyone with this type of league out there?
