Request: error code explanations

It would be really helpful for online league commishes if there were a listing of the ftp error messages and their meanings. It is very difficult to help out league members when you have no idea what 999 or 104 or 106 means.

That list is nice, but incomplete. I've had -103 and -203 errors as well.

Yes, thank you, this was a big help, but I have seen quite a few in the 101-110 range that I'd love to have explained, if possible.

Is there any way to have some cliff's notes on some common causes of those errors, by chance?
