OOTP on two computers, Have to pay twice?

Not sure if this is the right forum for this but..

I purchased OOTP on my laptop when it first came out. My laptop is broken and for now I am using my home computer. I also lost/deleted the confimation email that contains my order ID.. Is there anything I can do or am I stuck? Thanks for the help.

Usually there is a way to look up your order number online. You would use your email address and probably the credit card number that you used.

I believe that you get at least two installs with your license purchase.

Thank you for the quick response. Any idea exactly how to go about finding my order number?

You could always contact elicense.

Usually First and Last name used to order

Is a good start on getting licenses reset. If you know the IP addresses of the PC that you licensed it on reset, it can go faster, or the original date of issue of the license you want reset...

Good Luck let us know.
