Global Baseball, the new Neon Baseball

Due to the inactivity of Neon Baseball I have been given permission to revive the league under a different name, Global Baseball. We have cut down the number of leagues to 5 for right now so we can fill up the spots quicker and get going sooner. The forum is at http://www.phpbbcity.com/forum/index.php?mforum=globalbaseball I don't have a site yet, but that should be coming as soon as I find a server.
