Error Return Code 121 for FTPing team file

This is a problem with the Mac version. It's happening to me as well and SI is aware of the problem. There is no current work around for it and probably wont be fixed until 1.0.3 which sucks. For now we have to upload our exported team file manually which is lame.

Online functionality (or at the very least ease-of-use) is just absolutely killing me.

For those that do end up with '103s or '203s, it seems to have been solved by the GM with the problem by completely uninstalling the game from his machine and then re-installing it.

I don't know why that would be and haven't seen an answer to what those codes mean, but at least if you get those, you might be able to fix it now.
