Accurate market size, fans

Does anyone know if there's a way to adjust the market size/fan loyalty in a fictional league? For example, in the fictional league I recently created, my Chicago team is in a small market with poor fan loyalty while Kansas City is in a large market.

Once the league is created is there a way to go in & adjust these numbers, or perhaps adjust the numbers? I haven't been able to figure it out ...

Any feedback is appreciated.
