i just got back from the staten island yankees/hudson valley renegades new york penn league game (short season A ball), and being minor league baseball, one of the things they do is giveaways between innings. well, after either the 5th or 6th inning tonight, i heard the PA announcer say "... receives a copy of Baseball Manager 2006 produced by Sports Interactive". i checked and it wasn't me , but i thought it was a pretty good way to get the game into the hands of baseball fans. i'm going to another game on friday and i'm curious to see if it's an ongoing thing.
