New Patch - "Error - No Player"

I was zooming through managing a game when a player got injured. I figured that if it was one of mine that it would bounce me to the substitutions tab where I would have to make a change. It didn't, and when his spot in the lineup came around again, I got a little text box which said "Error - No Player" and crashed.

This issue is claimed fixed in the next patch, but has not yet been verified.
