Playoff problem

I just simmed one day into the ML playoffs and the records are just not right.

Ive notcied that as well, not sure what those records are supposed to represent.

Is it maybe pulling their entire postseason history up for those numbers? Still doesn't make sense why, but could be where the numbers are from?

I am running a league for dynasties. I started in 1920. It is the 1929 playoffs. In game 1 oakland beat toronto to lead 3-1. KC beat seattle to lead 4-0. Colorado and St louis were tied at 2 after game 1. Washington and Chicago were ok - this was Chicago cubs first time in playoffs.
Oakland/KC/ST Louis each won their best of 5 series with 2 actual victories.
There seems to be a problem resetting the playoffs records from season to season. Elderotter.

Ok, I have heard no comments - should I just trash my league as being screwed...as anyone else had this problem? I tried to print screen/ copy it - but all that would have shown is that the teams were leading big in the series on an early date, and I don't know how. I would have appreciated a little feedback - even of the "I don't believe it happened" variety. I aint going to quit the game over it, but it definitely ruined the league I was doing for me. Those teams probably would have gone on to win their 3rd game of the best of 5 series...but who knows. i have already had a team lead 3-0 in the world series and lose 4-3, so anything is possible.

Can you please describe the setup of your league? Is it historical using Lahman, or fictional? Do you still have this league file, and could you FTP it to the following location?

sorry - it was fictional full minors - and no i have already deleted it - dont have enough space to save large files without using them...have not run into it again in similar situations tho. sorry I didnt save it - thought it was being ignored - my fault.

I'm sorry for the awfully slow response to this thread.

Obviously, some time has passed since you posted this issue, and the 1.0.2 patch has since been released as well. Are you still seeing this issue?

If so, can you please describe your game's config? Historical, fictional, standard?

Alright, I've logged this as TT # 2286. However, it may be difficult to replicate this issue without any more information.

Please let us know if you run across this again, and please hang onto your laegue files if it does!

This problem is still occurring w/Patch 2.

I have a fictional league with real team names.

I am currently in the playoffs and the error is there again.

Merged some related threads. This has been logged as TT # 2286, but we haven't been able to replicate the issue yet.
