Game Crashes When You Go To History Tab - Page 2

I have had the same issue. I'm trying to experiment with a relegation league idea. I simmed a year and at preseason of second year switched equal number of teams from each league (i.e. sub league). When I go to view history tab I get the nice little dialog box asking me if I would like to send an error report before the game exits to desktop. All other aspect of the game and SION page appear to work; hitting the history tab seems to be the only thing that causes the crash.

Background on my league and error. League was created pre-patch as a historical league starting in 1901 with real players. Took existing league structure changed team locations/names and also added two teams to each subleague. Each team also has a AAA affiliate. Patched game in midseason with no other problems noted.

At preseason point before 1902 season, I swapped top four teams from lower league and bottom four teams from upper league. I left the AAA affiliates in their respective sub leagues.

The error occurs from the main league home page if I hit the History tab at the top right of the page. It appears that I can get to most all of the history through back doors (i.e. going to player SION page and clicking on team link will take me to team historical data with leaderboards, registers, etc).

Error does not occur with my AAA affiliate league. Note that I did not move teams between subleagues in AAA, so it appears that the error is somehow related to the movement of teams between subleagues. I only moved them from one subleague to another, I did not delete or add teams. History worked fine until I moved teams at preseason point of 1902 season.

Will try to post screen of error later; having trouble getting it under the board file size limit.

Recreated league from scratch (post patch) with similar setup and same changes to 1902 preseason and do not get same error trying to access history. I can click history tabs to my hearts content with no error messages. Appears that my issue was resolved with the patch once I recreated league from scratch. Thanks for the assistance.

I've got this Irish League I've been playing with for other reasons and I'm just going to try and contract two teams...

Hmm. I suddenly can't recreate the issue myself. Perhaps the issue was that I was conducting transactions with teams in preseason before I contracted them. That would make sense as a reason the game is crashing - and something that the game is not necessarily intended to do. If this is it, I am absolutely ecstatic.

You've raised an interesting point on transactions in preseason, then deleting a team, then crashing the game.

Same issue for me. I simmed a new league (historical( no minor leagues, ran a few years without incident. Added 4 new and Divisions and then the game hangs when selecting "history"

was it patched and when did you start the league, and when were the teams added?

Yes, it was patched. I started in 1901. Around 1940, I added a new divisions in both AL and NL and had 2 5 team leagues in each.
A couple of things to look for, I used DH in both leagues (doubtful), changed names and cities of orginal league (possible) such as New York Giants to SF.
