Cubby Roster: Teams not managing themselves
I have taken myself out of commisioner mode, made myself unemployed, set the managing options to AI for everything, created a new manager and deleted Selig. But teams don't do anything. No one signed a single free agent or gave contract extensions. No one makes trades.
They don't even fill up their active rosters! I looked at the Red Sox and they're playing with a 16 man team! How do I get teams to fill their active rosters and manage themselves? Again, I am using the most recent version of Cubby's rosters |

You need to go into the game setup and then to the MLB league part. Down in the bottom right corner there is the other functions option and clicking on that will bring up some options. What you want to do is select set all computer owned teams to allow moves.
This will fix the problem.
