LBA regional title pole

Open to all or fighters with 30 fights and under?

I'm leaning toward 30 and under, but a champ can keep his title until he loses it as long as he has under 30 fights when he wins it.

Looks like 30 and under is going to win out. Started it with the LH's this month. The HW's may have some regional champs with more than 30 bouts, they can keep the title until they lose it.
