Simple Question that would help us
I think this would help a lot of us who are having control problems with the rosters and teams.
I just want to be able to take control of an organization, not have to worry about being fired, and run everything in it. I want to manage and handle GM duties. Could someone just give a real simple walkthrough on this and hopefully those who are having problems with control can figure out what we are doing wrong? Start from scratch if you can.

On the "Manager: Home page" check the box that says commissioner mode. You'll be all set.

When you start a game, assign your manager identity to a team, and check the box that says "Play as Commissioner."
Just note that the bug where the AI makes changes to your depth charts/lineups has not been resolved in the version you are playing. The intent is that this simple step should give you complete control over your organization. It is only a bug that has prevented it from being that simple. |

from what I have seen, if you check all the teams in your organization to don't allow AI roster changes this should be fine.
just remember that you have to have your minors set to you controlling it. I have no problems at all with this and I have played over 45 games in my second season. |
