not able to continue sim?

Hey all.
New to 2006, have not simmed anything yet really. I imported my old classic league, went through a few days of trades ect. Now the top left says i am in spring training, but i can not continue(greyed out). I have no errors telling me i have to move players around ect, and no games on the schedule. The current day is January 3rd, and can't move past it.

Any help?

no one has any thought at all?

I have checked and rechecked all lineups ect. they are all filled out.
My 40 man is actually less then 40 man, and all awaiting reassignment still have 10 days or more left. My DL guys still have time left. Is there a place where i can see if there are any problems with my rosters?

Any help at all? or is there somewhere else i should post this where a dev will see it?

Have you tried going to the sked screen and tried to "Auto-play today"?

thanks for reply.
going to the "scores and schedule" link, the banner reads "no games on selected date", but again, both continue icons are greyed out, as well as the auto-play icon. I can view ahead to other dates, to see the scedule, but can not sim past January 3rd.

Also, this was doing this before i ran the patch the other day, i just thought i would try to figure it out myself.

ok, i found a way to get past this.
I must have turned off commish mode, as i didnt want to play it that way. If i turn commish mode back on, i can forward/sim the say. Do i have to be in commish mode to advance the days?
