Black screen on Mac version 1.0.2

I have the dreaded black screen after uninstalling 1.0.1 and installing 1.0.2 on my G4 powerbook. I followed the instructions to copy the e-sellerate license into the data folder, but when I launch the game I get the black screen. Anybody know what's up?

How big was the installer of the 1.0.2 you installed? (How many MB?)

The .dmg file was 10.5 MB. I'm starting to think this is the problem. I need the 27 MB file, no? I'm confused.

I had the same problem, so I simply reinstalled and repatched. It seemed to do the trick.

Yes, that's correct. You installed the patch only and so got an incomplete install. That happened to me, too, the first time, when the installer installed my patch into an new folder that did not have my old OOTP in it (because I had moved the OOTP folder from its original location.)
