Online play. Any one check that out yet?

I was wondering if any of the future online league commishes have run any tests to see if the problems causing online league play have indeed been fixed?

I hear ya Marc. Maybe the complete silence from them so far is a sign it works and all the leagues are now underway.

This is great news and I'm happy for Cooleyvol, myself and all other on line players. May the games begin!

Peace Brother.

Well my silence is that the game couldn't really be played online until this patch. I don't think many of us (any?) have moved established leagues to the new version. Most of us are very cautious and OOTPB 2006 will be a very complicated transition. The latest version looks promising and we're planning to move our league when we finish our current OOTP 6.5 season.

Responded to a few of Cooley's threads in the tech support forum as I encountered the same issues in my test league.

My online league made it through the first two months before patch 2, but now we're stuck. I saw a ton of strange things, including a CTD that won't let me sim past the next day.

Hopefully we get some feedback on the logged issues soon because restarting everytime a patch comes out just isn't an option.
