Another bug: Trying to like this game

I'm trying hard to like this game. I've started about a dozen fictional and historical leagues so far, trying to get the settings right and leave each game in aggravation in the first season.

Here's the latest bug.

Playing historical rosters, after the conclusion of the inaugural 1975 draft, I find that the LA Dodgers (AI) drafted 19 pitchers and 6 position players. Steve Carlton starts in right field every day except when he pitches.

The AI is unable to set a depth chart or lineups; they're blank; because there aren't enough position players. Yet it still plays out without crashing.

I'm not using the minors, trying to avoid the annoying fake players. I'm using a 25-man active roster and reserves of up to 40.

This game is a mess. I'll try to be a patient public beta tester who gets a preview of this game in exchange for my money and can't wait when the game is ready for primetime in several more patches and months.

Rasnell, I logged this as TT #2076. Using the steps you took, I was able to see some strange behavior, although not quite as odd as what you mentioned.
