Given some of the personalities involved in player name database debates, I'm not sure if this is a specific and colossal in-joke...but seems like an overwhelming majority of Mexican players have the same first name: Joe. Randomly generated. I know we can edit name files. But this is an out-of-the-box issue that needn't exist.

And FYI it's not just Mexican players...Puerto Rican and Dominican players, same issue. Severe overgeneration of players named Joe. It's a good name...but this should be addressed.
