Major problem with contract entering
I could crawl to the moon faster than it takes to manually enter a 7-digit number 5 times to offer a contract. The slowdown is ridiculous.

I totally agree. There is too much "thinking" going on in the background and the fact that you can't easily highlight and delete data with the keyboard as in any other windows app, in any of the text entry fields is unacceptable.

Actually you can do this. Leave the contract as a one year and enter the amount. If you then expand it to five years it will fill in the 4 new years with the same amount.

But I don't typically offer a guy the same amount for each year.. To help my cash flow I will offer an escalating contract or even peak the contract in the third year and then ramp it down in the last year or two, that way if a guys skills fall off he is easier to trade with a lower salary.
