Crash on startup

The game was working fine, now this started (file attached). I ran Spybot, and Ad-aware yesterday, but I don't believe that had anything to do with it. I undid what I had done with the spyware uninstalled the OOTP6.5 and the 2006 game. Re-installed the games and still getting the problem.

HELP!

After doing my own searching to see who could help, I went to who licenced the game.

I want to thank elicence for taking care of this problem, they responded to the help needed.

I e-mailed back and forth with Elicense and they walked me through a number of things finally they sent me a file to run and that fixed it.
