Looking for a graphic link

I don't know if this is the best place to put this post, but here goes.

At one time I had a link bookmarked that had colors for web pages, but lost the link when I purchased a new computer. The page allowed you to input colors and would suggest other colors to use on the page - i.e. text and backgound.

I would like to avoid team color combinations like this:
http://reports.ootpbaseball2006.com/...s/team_17.html

Does anyone knows of what page I am thinking of, or at least a similar page?

Thanks - a different site than what I had before, but the way the colors are laid out is works better.
