Amateur Draft

I have played a season and a half, got to June 1st and conducted a 50 round ammy draft with 30 teams, 1500 players. I have patched and my head scout drafted the same 3 players in 25 of the rounds for my team. One player I drafted in 8 consecutive rounds?????? I tried overriding and picking a different player and it would not pick, even though I have myself as the Human GM.

Did the head scout actually DRAFT him or did he just keep reccomending him as the best available? Can we see the draft log?

I think I know The problem, my rookie league team reached a maximum of 200 players and could not fit more.
