Fantasy Draft/Roster Changes
As I complete my fantasy draft (125 rounds), I usually assign players to their rosters as I go along so I don't have to place 125 players all at the same time. It seems as though when I finish the 125th round, the computer reassigns all my players, filling up my active roster and 40 man roster as well. In my manager profile, I have everything set to "current settings" instead of managers, minor league managers, etc.
Is there some way to stop the computer from messing with my roster? It's very frustrating after going round by round and already making the roster moves, considering I did it 125 times. I could be overlooking something, but I don't see it..... |

okay, this is two of us having this problem. someone tell us what to do about it.
btw, before I did my 200-rounder, I set it to only let the cpu-controlled teams make AI roster changes...and it still screwed mine all up. |

I've also tried solving this problem by going into commish mode, going to the options and ballpark screen, and clicking on the box preventing any AI roster changes.
So.... despite having a box checked to prevent any AI changes, I finish my draft, and violla, the AI has taken my entire roster and turned it upside down. I'm trying really hard to get into this game, but stuff like this is really testing me. Any ideas or solutions? |

This was logged early on as TT#399. I'll attempt to get a definitive, current word on this item by the weekend and report back rather than speculate.

This has been a problem in OOTP for a while, not just 2006....

Didn't know that. I'm a first-timer with 2006. I'm gonna do other stuff with it instead, it's just something that turned out to me a minor irritant to me.
![]() Still an awesome game, IMO. Great for stat-crazed nuts like me. :P |
