15 to 60 day DL

You should be able to transfer a player from the 15 to 60 day DL (and thus open a 40 man roster spot), but the game does not let you.

I second this idea, though it is more of a suggestion than a tech support issue.

It is allowed in MLB so I think it is a bug.
