Possible bug with revenue sharing?

I think there's an issue with revenue sharing.
I'm running version 1.0.1.12242.

The league does revenue sharing with a max. cash cap of $10M. The folllowing team doesn't appear to be a candiate to lose money for being over the cash cap but it does get penalized. What's interesting to note is that the amount lost to revenue sharing is the same amount as last year.

I'm guessing that a variable wasn't cleared when the revenue sharing check was made and the team didn't meet the criteria.
