League w/no playoffs has no champion in history

Thanks for adding the ability to disable the playoffs!

I have a league with just one sub league and one division so that all teams are in one table. I was hoping that the winner of this division would automatically be the 'champion' on the history screen. However, the champion column is left blank.

Of course, the first year I sim'd as a test, there was a tie. Maybe that's why a champion is never selected -- because a winner is not guaranteed?

I'd like to have the tied teams playoff, but I realize this is a pipe dream outside of an exhibition series or something like that.
