Sim Error

While going through a 10 year sim this error appeared

"TEMPLATES_ENGINE:: open_target_file - could not create target file"

pressed "ok" then

"TEMPLATES_ENGINE::write_buffer_to_target_file - could not write data to file"

pressed "ok" and sim continued.

Now it didn't crash the sim, but its annoying as i can't walk away and have a long sim finished as this error appears every few years.

This issue has been resolved in patch 1.
