How to create rosters?

I have some time on my hands and would like to attempt making a real/MLB roster for this game. My question is...how do I go about doing it. I have all kinds of stats and knowledge, I just need to know how to put it to work. Thanks!

In the game, find the export feature, export all the possible data, open a csv and there you go. The data will be formatted so you can see how it needs to be arranged.

I haven't looked at the feature in the new game very much, but saw that exporting to csv files was still a feature.
