Couple of Questions

Sorry if this has already been asked but I downloaded Rolens roster but I have no idea where to unzip it to and could not find a readme file.Do I have to create a folder for it or does it go into an existing folder. Also is there any benefit to filling in your minor league rosters or will they all be scrubs. Does the quality of the players created have anything to do with the abilities of your scout. Thanks for any information.

Unzip the rosters in your ootp4 folder, they will be in the folder after you unzip. I also asked about filling in minor rosters and from what everyone is saying is use the rosters you have and pick up players in the next draft (4-6 rounds) To many players in the minor leagues creates problems for AI run teams.
