Can you do FTP Contract Extensions

Can the commish IMPORT a FTP from a team that offers contract extensions? Does this work?

Not to my knowledge. If working correctly the only thing the team owner can do is see what is the player's asking price. The team owner then has to email his offer to the commish. This ensures the integrity of the player owner relationship. If the player gets pissed at the low ball offers, the owner can't just reinstall the league and start the negotions over.
