Catobase problem

While I've been using this program for a long time with no major issues that couldn't be fixed, I seem to have a problem.

I'm trying to create the db for the CSBL in my sig below, and have had a few problems importing, mostly the =r instead of =p in the ltrans file. I fixed that and get all the way to "Determining Draft Picks" and the thing freezes and crapps out everytime. We're using halofans roster set. Anyone ever see anything like this?
