How much does the CD cost?

I'm from Europe but I want to pay in dollars... I know the game costs $34.99 but I'd also like to know how much the CD costs in dollars. I only get the price in €.

Can anyone help?

I believe the cd is an extra $10.00 USD

In previous years it has been the cost of the game +$10 but I can't say that for certain for this year.
