Auto play problem, minors keep stopping sim
Seems like everytime I turn around I get Illegal amount of players on such and such.. i go and fill them with fictional players and proceed, is there anyway to stop this from stopping the sims? I'd like to auto sim a few seasons without interruption..

Seems like there should be a way.. The AI should control anything that we don't and i don't currently have ownership of any teams.. Not sure what to think

major league 1920
1 Triple A league 1 Single A league I tossed in 3 fictional leagues and they give me no problems.. only the 2 minor leagues stop the sims.

1920 using Lahman.. The minors are affiliated as well..Created with "Add minor league"
I checked and didn't have the historical modifiers checked on either minor league however, I checked them, filled them with fictional players and so far I'm cruising right along.. I guess we'll see if that was it or not.. Here's hoping.

That's pretty strange.... go to the league setup of that minor league, down at the bottom is a menu "other functions", select "fill with fictional players" from there... this will take care of the problem for now... we'll look into what's causing this though.

I had the same problem with a 1993 league using Lahman. Had a Japan and Cuban league added as well as a Mexican Winter league.
I've been doing what Markus suggested, and have done so at least 4 times in the first month of the sim. Thanks for looking into this issue.

One other thing while I'm thinking of it..
I created a quick purely fictional league using the default league setup and never got this issue in there, so maybe it's something to do with the historical/fictional mix?
