player history issue

Can we please have it so that when a player is traded in the midst of the season that his original team is shown first and then his new team second, and not alphabetical order as it appears to be now.

Look at MLB.com. They set the teams up as old team second, new team first. From what I've seen that's a pretty common ste up.

Just about every website I searched had the old team first and the new team second.

I noticed that too the team that began with him always seemed to be 2nd or in some cases 3rd. The team that ends the seaon with him should be on the last line and the team that began the season should be listed first. When I saw that it had me confused thinking that the original team traded him then traded to get him back in mid season.

That does not make it right. I find it illogical. The lines should be set up chronologically.

One thing that most of those linked sites do well w/ traded players is shading the columns every other year as opposed to every other line. Jeff Weaver's entire 2002 stat line (which is actually 3 lines: DET, NYY, and totals) is one shaded grey, with the next year's stats left white.

In the OOTP reports, the lines alternate white/grey/white/etc. regardless. It makes it hard to easily distinguish how a player did.

I don't want this issue to be forgotten. It seems time is running out on suggestions making the initial release.

Please Markus change the teams list so that it always shows the old team on top and the new team at the bottom.

I'm with you Cras. In fact, I read most of your posts and I find myself in agreement with a lot of your wants/needs.

Hopefully Marcus will look at these sites (or another) and "borrow" a style from one

I agree that this approach is an absolute must, if not for the release, then for the next patch/bug fix. The current alternating white/grey for every line makes these reports hard to read, IMHO.

Counting the minutes...

I think both having them in chronological order and having a single year colored the same both make a hell of alot of sense and would greatly improve readability.

I intended it to be a bump, but after looking at what I said, I think it is safe to say that I agree with it.

This still hasn't been fixed. Can this please be put in before the release?
