Need a minor tweak for this logo

Great logo but since my trial of Photoshop is over and I don't have hundreds of dollars to pour into it for this hobby, I can't do it myself. Can't seem to get another trial version, somehow it tracks if I've had it before.

Anyways here is the logo, could you just make the background black for me? Thanks again!

Here's a transparent GIF version you can use on forums, etc... It has a grey matte, so it should work almost anywhere...
