Player photos not showing on web

I have tried several ways to get the player photos to show up on my website.

I hope im not a complete moron lol.

When i click on the blank area where the player photo should be, it shows player_name.jpg.

I uploaded them to the correct directory, named JPG.

They still dont appear.

Anyone ?
