One of the best OOTP Commishes I have ever known is hanging it up after years of dedicating himself as a Commish.

Joe Ramsey , who ran the FBL , is calling it quits as Commish.

Damn shame......

Yep, I believe Joe's was the first OOTP2's league ever created.
