OOTP5 runtime error

I've been playing the free OOTP5 version for a few weeks now with no problems, only doing simming. Tonight, I decided to play a few games and at the end of each game, at the same time the box score comes up, I get a runtime error message that the game must be closed.

The game I just played is still saved when I re-open OOTP, but is there anything I can do to alleviate this situation? Thanks.

I turned sound and 3D off from the very beginning having read about that difficulty before I downloaded it. Like I said, I've had no problems whatsoever getting through a few seasons of simming day to day.

It only started happening when I started playing out the games. This only happens as the game ends, simultaneous with the box score screen coming up. I have played more games since my initial post and I have gotten a few games in without the runtime error, but it still happens most of the time. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Go into the game setup and change the browser the game uses to open the boxscore.
