Quick question regarding tracking progress

Do the majority of those people out there that keep track of development of progress use excel spreadsheets?

Im just trying to figure out a way to monitor development in a neat and orderly fashion. Any and all input would be greatly appreciated.

Either Cato or BOSI, preferably BOSI.

Also, there is a ratings comparer utility floating around that Ben Music made.

thats what i use for my organization.

when it comes to league-wide changes, i look at BOSI and one of the leagues im in has an excel sheet created by the former commish that tracks everything. i think its probably made using CommishJoe's Exporter.
