Some questions

1. At 70 years old, have problem reading many screens, can fonts be changed, font size? Add bold?
2. Comments on AI responses to trading blocks. Often?
3. When did mlb start drafting players, 1st year?
4. Source for all major league drafts, listing all picks?
5. Can broadcasts be archived?
6. How much does ST training actually affect player development?

As you may see, I am pretty new and need a bit of hand holding.

3. 1965 I believe was the first draft year.

4. I did a quick search didnt find much, Baseball reference.com has some picks but really only the players who made it to the major leagues, so if your wanting a complete listing your probably out of luck. The best option would be to perhaps find a baseball almanac at the library, or see if you can find back issues of Baseball america or something. Even that will only take you back so far. My guess is its not going to be an easy thing to uncover. Someone may have a database with the information in there for importing. I never have played around with historical leagues so I cant asnwer that for certain.

The rest of the questions will have to be answered by a tester.

MLB.com provides the first round results from all the drafts since 1965.

MLB Draft History

That's the best I've been able to find thus far.

Better yet ...

This site has the complete draft results from every year! Also, in the teams area of the overall site, you can pull up an MLB team and then find summaries of its draft picks for each year.

Hopefully, we can get definitive answers for 2 & 6. In previous versions of the game, I believe you could get more responses for players on the trading block by tweaking your league settings, but the extra responses weren't always appropriate.

As for Spring Training, again, in previous versions, there was some difference in player development, and you had some control over the process. Now that the entire year gets simulated, apparently we will have more control over the off-season, including a more robust Spring Training. I don't know if it will mean more development, but it should mean there will be a more detailed gaming experience.
