I expect dozens of tiny bugs and things that just do not work properly. I expect many will be like pre OOTP 2006 games and never be fixed for the entire life of the prioduct.

But as long as no seriious or gamebreaking bugs hang around I will be quite happy.

Yes annoying bug that doesn't occur every time is one thing and I can deal with it. Life is buggy. Game crashing bugs that occur all the time would not be cool. Still, until it's here I won't worry.

Yes to the first sentence, but no to the second sentence.

Markus hasn't fixed some of the shortcomings of the game, even though they have been reported and/or requested, for some time now. He has stated that a number of them couldn't be fixed/done because of the limitations of the legacy OOTP program/databases, and at least one of them (H2H) on it just being too difficult for him to do.

Well, OOTP 2006 is going to have no legacy restrictions, and Markus now has SI and all of its resources to back him up and help him out. It's "no more excuses" mode now - it's now time to do the game right.

And, if it isn't done right, then there's nothing else and no one else to blame.

Here's hoping that Markus makes the game into what it can be and should be.
