...There were Dolphin fans that LIKED Fielder?!
My god, I couldn't stand that guy. He was horrid. I like Damon more than Fiedler. I think Culpepper is a great signing, Harrington would make an awesome #2 (and I'm from Oregon, so I've already got a bias towards Harrington). This off-season seems to be the most active one for the Dolphins in a few years, atleast. I'm glad to see we are actually trying to make the team better instead of sitting there doing nothing.

Anyone else with me in considering this might be the steal of draft day two? Just how important is a good rotator cuff for a DT anyway? I played the position a little in my youth and don't recall good shoulders being a huge factor. I read in the Herald online the Wright said he didn't even know about the injury and had been lifting weights with no problems all along.

not sure if he was a steal or not but overall I'm happy with our draft. I just wish we'd have signed Bouknight.

Seriously, the biggest cost of any of those 3 guys was a 3rd rounder for the Diesel. |

I fail to see a problem with inviting Marcus Vick to rookie camp to possibly earn the job of holding the clipboard for the season. He's not taking snaps away from Culpepper or Harrington... he's taking them away from Cleo Lemon and Brock Berlin. The link you provided is nothing more than a fluff piece with a million holes in it. And I didn't say it was a great deal... I said it was pretty inconsequential! Oh, and whether or not I'm a fan of the team has zero bearing on whether or not I ever think a deal is good... and every other Miami fan in the world can get up in arms over it, but it's not going to have any bearing on whether or not its a good deal.
