DH issue - AL team not utilizing DH at home

I am a commish for an on-line that someone else set up a few season ago, we are in our 4th season. A new GM took over for the Red Sox (an AL team) and noticed that when his home games don't use a DH and instead the pitcher is in the lineup (for both team). When the Red Sox are on the road the DH is used. I looked back at earlier years and the same thing was happening but the previous GM never noticed. I checked all the league settings and everything appears to be in order. This is the only AL team that is being effected.

Does anyone know a possible solution to get the team utlizing the DH at home? We're using version 6.5. Thanks.

I know it sounds too obvious, but:

1. Is DH use enabled for the A.L.?
2. Are his lineups filled out properly with a DH against LHP and RHP?
3. Are his depth charts filled, especially at the DH position?
4. Did he have an injury to his DH?
5. Does he have his 7 day lineup filled with or without a DH?

Also try Auto-Lineup and then make changes accordingly. Could help to reset.
