Looking for a new League

I have a group of serious dedicated GMs that would very much like to find a league which starts w/ an initial player dispersal draft.

All owners have the game and have a great deal of experience.

Well I have a league it is currently needing 2 managers (but could go to 4) depending on two managers tha signed up...
